New Features This Month: What’s Live in ArtVault

We’re excited to share some of the latest updates in ArtVault, many of which were driven by your feedback.

Artwork Sets (Limited Beta)

One of our most requested features is now live: Artwork Sets.

You can group related artworks—such as diptychs, triptychs, or series—into a single set. This feature is currently in limited beta, which means only admins or collaborators can create sets at the moment. If you’d like a set created, just reach out and we’ll take care of it for you.

Multiple Artwork Images

Another top request: the ability to add multiple images per artwork.

Now you can upload multiple images when adding or editing an artwork. This is perfect for close-ups, signature shots, or framing details. You can also choose which image will appear as the main display in your collection.

Suggest Edits to Artists

To help keep artist records accurate, you can now suggest updates to artist profiles.

You can suggest edits to:

  • Biography
  • Aliases
  • Website or external links

We don’t currently have an official Instagram—if that’s something you’d find useful, let us know.

Small Tweaks, Big Improvements

Everything else has remained stable, but we’re always making small changes behind the scenes. Keep an eye out for ongoing improvements and let us know if you spot anything that needs attention.
